Owned and operated by Nick and Joel Weitzenkamp, rural Hooper. Our farm is located west of Uehling, Nebraska in the heart of cattle country.  Twisted W beef is fed a grain-based diet that is balanced with forages. This helps to ensure high quality beef that optimizes flavor and tenderness. Our beef is aged to enhance the richness of the beef flavor. We provide a transparent product that is locally sourced from our family farm. Cut instructions are simply directions for the butcher on how you want your beef cut, allowing you to customize it to your preference.
